a daily word game with one board for the whole world

a daily puzzle only works if everyone gets the same one. at midnight UTC, wordhoard deals one set of letters for each board size: easy has 6, medium has 8 and hard has 9. every player in the world is dealt exactly those letters, with no regional variants.

thirty seconds, one ranked attempt

the clock is 30 seconds and your first finish on each size is the one that counts. anything after that is practice. since everyone plays the same board on the same clock, two scores can actually be compared.

the global top ten

each board size keeps a worldwide top ten for the day: the highest scores, and a second board for the longest word found soonest. posting a score is the only part of wordhoard that goes online. the board itself deals offline, so you can play in the morning tunnel and post when you surface.
