terms of use

wordhoard is a word game. by playing it you agree to these terms. they are short on purpose.

the game

wordhoard is for personal, non-commercial play. the free game shows adverts after some rounds. we may change, pause, or retire features, including the daily board, friends games, and the scoreboard.

wordhoard plus

wordhoard plus is sold as a monthly or annual auto-renewing subscription, or as a one-off lifetime purchase. payment goes to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase. a subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. you can manage or cancel it any time in your App Store account settings. purchases are governed by Apple's standard licence agreement (EULA): apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula

fair play

pick any scoreboard name, but keep it clean. nothing offensive, misleading, or pretending to be someone else. we may reset a name, remove a score, or block a player id that cheats or abuses the scoreboard.

no warranty

the game is provided as-is. the daily scoreboard needs an internet connection, and we cannot promise it is always available. to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost scores or streaks.
