privacy policy

wordhoard is a word game. it has no accounts, no ads, and no interest in who you are. this page lists everything it touches.

what we collect

a random player id (generated on your device) and the display name you pick for the scoreboard. when you play the daily board or a challenge, your guesses and score are sent to our server so leaderboards and challenge results work. that's the whole list — no email, no name, no location, no contacts, no tracking across other apps or sites.

where it lives

scores and daily boards are stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure. challenge lobbies delete themselves 24 hours after they're created. your settings and game history stay on your device.

analytics

we count anonymous events (like "a game was played") to see what's used. no cookies, no advertising identifiers, no profiles.

purchases

payments are handled entirely by Apple. we never see your payment details.

your choices

the scoreboard name is whatever you type — pick anything. want your scores removed? email us with your scoreboard name and we'll delete them.
